Qyrin Petroleum incorporates Operating Company

Qyrin Petroleum Sdn Bhd (QP) the Malaysian vehicle of Oilfield Development Technical Services Union (ODTSU) Beijing, sets up Qyrin Petroleum Technology Sdn Bhd (QPT). QPT is a joint venture operating company between QP and Malaysian Bumiputra partners and investors, who own 51% equity share holoding in the company.
